LONDON, December 21 (IranMania) – The First Persian Gulf International Trade Expo is to be held in Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds (TPIF) from February 21 until Feb 25, 2006. It is the first exhibition of its kind organized by private sector after Tehran 26th Trade Exhibition, the Persian service of IRNA reported.
The event is a turning point for exhibition activities between Iran and the Persian Gulf littoral states and holds a promising opportunity for expanding economic and trade ties in the region. Moreover, the presence of international companies from Europe, Central Asia and other countries in the Middle East enhances the image of this expo for offering the latest development in related technological sectors, the Public Relations of the exhibition quoted the directing organizer Hamidreza Akhavan.
Engineering and technical services in trade, oil, gas and petrochemical industries as well as shipbuilding, maritime and port sectors along with communication, electronic and electricity industries are major themes which will be represented in this 5-day event.
